Reporting

iLab allows dynamic reporting which can be generated from the usage, request, and billing data entered and stored in the system. These reports can be accessed by individual core directors to view real-time activity or by institution administrators to compare all cores institution-wide.

• Users can generate dynamic reports (e.g., drill-down for details on services by core, by service, by customer, by date range, etc.)
• Cores can generate Actual vs. Scheduled Usage reports
• System offers export of full data set for additional analysis
