iLab Office closed for company-wide meeting, 2/23 & 2/24

Our offices will be closed for a company-wide meeting February 23rd and 24th. We will have reduced staff for support with limited phone support. During this time, if you have an urgent issue, we have three options:

Open a ticket by clicking on the ‘leave feedback’ link and selecting ‘Urgent problem’. This method is preferred.
Call our office phone and leave a message indicating you are experiencing an urgent problem.
Email support@ilabsolutions.com, and include URGENT in the subject line.

In any of the above events, an iLab representative will get back to you right away. We will be returning to regular business hours 8:30am – 8:30pm EST on Monday, February 27th. We appreciate your patience!
