Unable to log in. How do I reset my password?

How do I change my password after logging in?
On the top right, click on the “my profile” link. Toggle open the “Change Password”. Change your password and select save.
Where do I find a list of cores?
Click on the “list all cores” link on left side panel after logging in.
How do I view a list of my equipment reservations?
After logging in, click on the “my reservations” link on the left side panel. A list of all your future and past reservations with links to the calendars is located on this page.
How do I view the labs that I am associated with?
After logging in, click on the “my labs” link on the left side panel. You will see a list of your labs. Click on a lab for more information.
What hardware and software do I need to use the iLab Service?
The iLab service is delivered via a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) model, which means that iLab provides and maintains all required hardware and software.
Users only need an Internet connection and a web browser.
Will iLab integrate with my existing ERP system?
Yes. iLab works closely with IS and Finance departments to integrate with current information technology investments, including ERP systems. See the Integration page to learn more about integration.
Will iLab integrate with my existing e-Procurement system?
Yes. Although iLab offers a full e-Procurement suite, institutions can chose to partner iLab’s unique research management tools with existing e-Procurement tools for work flow, catalog management or vendor relationships.
Does iLab host vendor product catalogs?
Yes. iLab hosts the catalogs of major vendors. iLab hosts product information, list prices and contract prices. iLab is continuously expanding its network of vendor relationships.
How do I know that my data will not be lost?
All data uploaded to the iLab system is redundantly stored on servers in multiple locations. A high degree of integrated fault tolerance ensures minimal risk of service interruption. Learn more.
What does iLab do to stop people from hacking into the system?
The structure of the iLab system includes a concentric series of security procedures which protect against unauthorized data access attempts. In addition, the iLab team continually monitors all data access attempts to identify and respond to suspicious trends. Learn more.
What support does iLab provide?
iLab provides unlimited phone and email support to all users. Regular support is available business days 8.30 am – 8.30 pm, Eastern Time. In addition, emergency support is available 24/7/365 for urgent issues. iLab responds to all support requests within a maximum of 1 business day. Learn more.
