iLab Solutions Prepares for Annual User Group Conference Held March 21-23 at OHSU

iLab Solutions’ sixth annual User Group Conference kicks off next month, when the iLab team will meet with its customers to discuss strategies in core facility management. This conference brings together users of both the iLab & CORES platforms, as iLab team members and its users present on a multitude of topics. For core facility managers using either platform, this is an opportunity to learn more about the system and discuss best practices.

Oregon Health and Science University will host this year’s conference, as attendees gather in Portland from March 21st through the 23rd. Those present will learn what iLab has accomplished in 2015 and has planned for 2016. Additionally, they will hear from other iLab customers on how they use the system, including keys to successful implementations, best practices in onboarding users, and strategies and lessons learned through integrations. This conference presents an excellent opportunity for networking and collaboration among core facility managers.

“All of us at iLab are so thrilled to extend this opportunity to our partners each year,” stated Alicia Cravens, iLab Director of Marketing. “Not only are guests able to discuss strategies and successes in core facility management, but they are also able to work one-on-one with an iLab associate to get their questions answered. We’re always working to keep customers up to date on our newest developments, and this is a great opportunity to do so.”

In addition to the scheduled panel discussions and user presentations, iLab team members will offer small group and one-on-one sessions to review individual core facility sites ensuring core managers are using the most up-to-date functionality and workflows. Perfect for brand-new users and seasoned veterans alike, this event provides a worthwhile experience for all who attend.

iLab has secured discounted hotel rates until February 29th or until the room block is filled. With deadlines for both hotel and conference registration approaching, those interested are encouraged to act quickly.
