Based in Boston, iLab Solutions was founded in 2006 by a team of research scientists and software engineers who were frustrated with the inefficiencies of lab research and administration. To address these inadequacies, iLab developed a lab management tool in collaboration with the Dana Farber Cancer Institute who still uses iLab’s Lab Management software today. Within a couple of years, the research community expressed a need for a core facility management tool as well as integrating with institution financials and ID management systems.  iLab developed these solutions and continues to meet customer requirements by designing new features and enhancing existing functionality. The rapidly growing user-base is a testament to iLab’s intuitive interface, responsive customer support, and acute understanding of the needs and challenges of the scientific community.
