Who Should Attend:
iLab's 2016 EU User Group Meeting is intended for Institution and Facility Directors and Managers who currently use or are planning to use the iLab Solutions platform. If you are unsure whether you should attend, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration for this year’s meeting is €160 per attendee, which includes the opening reception with light hors d'oeuvres and drinks on the evening of 11 September and a complimentary light breakfast and lunch buffet on 12 September. Attendees will be responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.

iLab has arranged for a block of rooms at the Altis Belém Hotel & Spa in Lisboa, Portugal (http://www.altishotels.com). Guests will receive the 2016 EU User Group Meeting special rate by completing this form.

The special rates of €200 per night single occupancy & €220 per night double occupancy includes VAT and a breakfast buffet. Rooms are limited. We recommend you make your reservations as early as possible to ensure the discounted room rates. The last date to reserve rooms at the discounted rate is 1 July 2016.
The hotel is located near the Fundação Champalimaud meeting site. It is a 15 minute walk to Champalimaud or taxis are available. There is free private parking with 15 spaces inside the hotel garage and 34 parking spaces outside.

The iLab's 2016 EU User Group Meeting is an outstanding forum for institution and facility directors and managers to network, discuss best practices, and share lessons learned.
There will be an opening reception for all attendees at 6:00 pm the evening of 11 September. The conference will begin at 8:00 am Monday, 12 September and end at 5:30 pm.
